Hey everyone,

Thanks for stopping by! We’ve just updated our mobile app and would like to let you know what’s new. Have a look at some of the new features:

  • Mood tracking
    e make it easy for mobile users to log their mood daily. If a user is linked to their therapist’s Therachat account, the therapist will be able to observe the mood patterns as well.
  • CBT-driven thought reframing techniques
    Built-in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) components will encourage users to log and examine their thoughts.
  • Motivating rewards.
    Working towards personal mental fitness goals doesn’t have to be boring. We’ve added rewards like motivational quotes and helpful articles to keep things interesting.
